It is necessary for the customer to make sure that the selected size fits 100%. If you are not sure, do not hesitate to send an email or message. A multi-layer protective layer is applied to all custom painted parts, which protects the custom parts from moisture, water or contact with the normal environment under conditions of normal wear.
Custom pairs are precisely handmade created, so it is necessary to treat them like that even during their wearing. These are not pieces intended for “everyday” wear.
With the order, the customer confirms that the selected size is 100% correct, as it is a custom creation the orders are final & no refunds. Under no circumstances should custom parts come in contact with acetone or other strong alcohol. I also do not recommend putting custom pairs in the washing machine. Cleaning custom pairs and custom painted parts is suitable for a gentle wipe with a damp cloth.
The estimated time for production a custom pair of sneakers is from about 10 to 25 working days (it also depends on the specific design), but this time may be extended due to the number of orders processed. So be patient please, thank you. Once you place and order, you will get your pair!
We are not associated with any other shoe company or brand. Every shoe is legally bought at full retail. Afterwards the custom work is put on and finalized for shipping to customers. Each pair comes with an original box. The sneakers are purchased as purely new AF1 and subsequently, based on a specific order, they are customized. All orders are sent by the fastest first class delivery. For each order, the customer will also receive the tracking number of the shipment for clarity of the current location of the package.
